Sandusky, Ohio — The Welcome Home Program offers up to $25,000.00 in grant funds for homebuyers who are honorably discharged Veterans or active duty military personnel and $20,000.00 in grant funds to all other eligible homebuyers.
The Welcome Home Program offers up to $25,000.00 in grant funds for homebuyers who are honorably discharged Veterans or active duty military personnel and $20,000.00 in grant funds to all other eligible homebuyers. Buyers do not have to be first-time homebuyers, but all buyers must meet income eligibility requirements and first time homebuyers must participate in Homebuyer Education.
The program opens March 1, 2024 — funds are first come, first served basis. Once all funds are gone, the program will close. Funds go quickly! Grant funds can be used with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loan programs. A fully executed purchase agreement is required in order to reserve funds. Reservations for funds beings March 1, 2024 at 8:00 AM ET.
